This Saturday is Record Store Day for 2023, where exclusive releases, instore appearances and general good times are there to be had in dozens of Australia's independent record stores.

After their most recent album debuted at #1 in metal, #1 in rock and #6 for all albums on the Australian iTunes charts, it’s finally Australia’s turn to witness the power of Avatar in the flesh.

The Metallica drummer tells the story of the unusual snub levelled at Metallica in 2005.

The Music & Makers Markets will have everything including live music, artisan food stalls, clothes, records and gear.
