Three Australian comedians have made the British Comedy Guide's top ten of best reviewed comedy shows at this year's Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
The highest ranked Aussie was Sammy J who was listed at number three behind New Zealand's Boy With Tape On His Face at number one and English sketch comedy team Pappy's at number two.
Australia's Felicity Ward and Sam Simmons were ranked sixth and tenth respectively.
According to Chortle, the list is compiled from reviews that were published in national newspapers, Chortle's own site and "more obscure titles which publish lots of reviews, such as The New Current, Exeunt Magazine and Fringe Guru".
The rest of the list: Doctor Brown (four); Susan Calman (five); Chris Ramsey (equal seven); Austentatious (equal seven); Morgan & West (equal seven).
