With the unfortunate cancellation of this year's Push Over festival in Melbourne, local punks The Smith Street Band have announced a replacement show on the same day.

When Tim Byles and Mitch Grace, two humble, aspiring musicians met on a day out busking, they weren't aware that it would lead to more than the start of a grand friendship. It would lead them down a path of playing contemporary rock music and hours of fun, writing, touring, recording and growing. And the band that was spawned from this friendship eventually? That band is none other than homegrown Sydney based, Far Away Stables. We got to talk to bass player and lyricist, Tim Byles over the phone about many things Far Away Stables including their upcoming EP, 'Atlantis' (which you can stream below).
