EYE ON THE CHARTS

The Sheppard stronghold in the top 20 of AIR's singles/EP charts for independent labels with independent distribution chart has continued again this week, with the band's self-titled (Independent/MGM) EP on top again. We had a new number two though, with Dustin Tebbutt debuting with The Breach (Independent). Rap duo Horrorshow also had a first time entry with their track Unfair Lottery (Elefant Traks/Inertia) in at 11.

While there were no new entrants in the top 20 albums released on independent labels through independent distribution chart, there was a reshuffle again of the top positions. The Cat Empire's Steal The Light (Two Shoes/Inertia) moved back into one, with Big Scary's second LP Not Art (Pieater/Inertia) dropping to two. San Cisco jumped into fourth from seventh with their self-titled (Island City Records) album, while Halcyon Days (Hub/Inertia) from Glass Towers dropped from third to fifth.

Re-entries into the top 20 included Baby Animals with This Is Not The End (Social Family Records), Allday with Loners Are Cool (Independent/MGM), Hermitude's Hyperparadise (Elefant Traks/Inertia) and Rates's Destroy & Rebuild (Obese Records) in at 14, 17, 18 and 19 respectively.
