Following its postponement in March.

Coachella Music & Arts Festival has officially been cancelled.

The event was originally due to take place in April but was then postponed to two weekends in October (9-11 and 16-18) due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Stereogum has now reported that the festival will not happen in 2020.

The newly reformed Rage Against The Machine were due to headline both weekends alongside Travis Scott and Frank Ocean.

Aussie acts like Flume, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, The Chats, Skeggs, Amyl & The Sniffers, Hayden James and Sampa The Great were also billed on the line-up.

There is speculation that the festival may return with a limited capacity in April 2021 but event organisers AEG are yet to confirm new dates.
