Black Sabbath Reunion?
For the first time since their induction into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 2006, Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi has revealed that the original line-up have started rehearsing together. The band - completed by vocalist Ozzy Osbourne, bassist Geezer Butler, and drummer Bill Ward - were rumoured to have got together earlier in the year to begin work on a new album. However, Iommi was quick to dismiss the claims, saying his quotes were taken out of context and off the record. But in a new interview with Terrorizer magazine, Iommi says that the quartet have started playing together again and hasn't ruled out a tour in the near future. "We've had a rehearsal and played some of the old stuff and to be together again was great," says the guitarist. "We're all on good terms and we're at a stage where we can play together again. It would be good if we could and I suppose it's the closest it's been to be able to do that. It could happen!"
