Modern Life Is War drummer Tyler Oleson has been arrested following an altercation with Des Moines police. Oleson attempted to escape his pursuers by car before continuing on foot, where officers on the scene used a taser in order to subdue and arrest him.

Longstanding American post-hardcore band Story Of The Year have announced that they are releasing an acoustic reimagining of their beloved 'Page Avenue' album. The reimagining will be titled 'Ten Years And Counting' and will be released on October 8 as part of the 10-year anniversary celebrations for 'Page Avenue'.
