Machine Gun KellyIt’s been a long time coming, but mgk – formerly known as Machine Gun Kelly – has finally unveiled his collaboration with Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst.
Teasing the collab over the weekend, mgk wrote on Instagram, “been limping with the bizkit for years, time to do it again.”
FIX UR FACE is a nu-metal banger which finds Durst proclaiming in the intro, “time to turn this motherfucker up,” with mgk turning up the blend of hip-hop and rock. He confidently sings, “Rock’s not dead long as I’m alive…”
Earlier this month, mgk debuted FIX UR FACE at Perth’s RAC Arena. That night (8 April), he explained, “I called up my friend Fred Durst. I said, ‘Sir, drop something on this.’ What he dropped, the rest is history.”
The music video was shot across Berlin, Dublin, Düsseldorf, London, Prague, Cologne, Nashville, and Los Angeles, during mgk’s ongoing Lost Americana tour. It features unfiltered fan moments alongside intense shots of mgk and Fred Durst performing to packed crowds.
FIX UR FACE is a track that demands to be played loud. The song and music video are out now—check out the video below.
mgk’s recent tour across Australia and New Zealand took place in arenas, concluding in Auckland on Saturday, 18 April.

Reviewing mgk’s show at Perth’s RAC Arena, The Music’s Sam Mead wrote that the singer paid tribute to blink-182 with a cover of I Miss You and covered Paramore’s Misery Business.
“The Lost Americana Tour, named after the album of the same name, offers a variety of bangers and ballads to fill the long-awaited void between the American native’s previous visit down under,” Mead wrote. “It highlights just how succinct and defined his genre-bending style has merged into a genre of his very own, where he feels most comfortable. It’s a moment that feels both grand and intimate and never overstays its welcome.”
Last September, Limp Bizkit dropped their first new song in four years, the cheekily titled Making Love To Morgan Wallen.
Referring to today’s most popular country artist, the song also honours Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington in its opening lines, with Durst making a shoutout to another departed artist: David Bowie.
Making Love To Morgan Wallen is the American nu-metal band’s first taste of new music since the release of their 2021 album, Still Sucks. The band returned to Australia in December 2023, co-headlining the Good Things Festival with Fall Out Boy and playing some riotous side shows.
Last October, Limp Bizkit bassist Sam Rivers passed away. The band have continued to tour in his memory.
