Lookout Festival 2027 Line-up Revealed: Live, Stone Temple Pilots & 4 Non Blondes

Live, Stone Temple Pilots and 4 Non Blondes will tour Australia together in early 2027, joined by special guests Magic Dirt.

A ‘90s rock music extravaganza is taking over the country in 2027, with Lookout Festival locking in its return and announcing an all-killer, no filler line-up. If you love grunge and ‘90s alternative rock, Lookout is the event for you.

Delivering one of its biggest line-ups to date, next year’s edition of the travelling festival is co-headlined by global music juggernauts Live and Grammy Award-winning heavyweights Stone Temple Pilots, plus alt-rock trailblazers, 4 Non Blondes. The legendary trio will be supported by local rockers Magic Dirt.

The festival tour begins at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Saturday, 6 March. It continues with dates in Bendigo, Bruce, Melbourne, Mornington, Wollongong, Sydney, the Hunter Valley, Broadbeach, and concludes at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Wednesday, 24 March.

Last in Australia in 2024 – for the inaugural Lookout Festival – Live are returning for their largest Australian shows to date. In 2019, they celebrated the 25th anniversary of their massively successful album, Throwing Copper, home to the band’s biggest single, Lightning Crashes, the #1 track on Modern Rock radio for ten consecutive weeks.

Stone Temple Pilots toured Australia last year, but it’s never too soon to have them back. Since roaring onto the music scene in 1992, the rockers won a Grammy for their smash hit, Plush, and consistently defy trends and expectations. The band dropped their latest album, Perdida, in 2020 and tour with their new lead singer, Jeff Gutt.

Making their Australian debut at Lookout Festival are the Linda Perry-led band 4 Non Blondes. The singer is a Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee and a Grammy-, Golden Globe-, and Critics’ Choice Award–nominated producer.

Having penned hits for Pink, Christina Aguilera, Alicia Keys, Britney Spears, Adele, Ariana Grande, Celine Dion, Miley Cyrus, and many others, Perry has now returned to the band that kickstarted it all. In December, it was reported that 4 Non Blondes were entering the studio to record their long-awaited second album, 34 years after their debut record was released.

Meanwhile, Aussie music fans are well aware of Magic Dirt's impact. The alt-rockers performed in 1991 in the Victorian suburb of Geelong, pumping out impressive high-energy rock tunes and live shows to match. They’ve become one of Australia’s all-time classic and quintessential alternative rock bands.
