Got Your Hottest 100 Votes In Yet? The Gap Between The #1 & #2 Songs Are VERY Close

Don't be one of those people who think your vote doesn't matter because right now the Hottest 100 is very close. 

It's been revealed today that there are just 350 votes currently separating the #1 and #2 songs which triple j says is the closest voting has been since Muse beat Silverchair by just 14 votes back in 2007 with Knights Of Cydonia.

Voting closes at 3pm on Monday 18 January, before the Hottest 100 goes ahead on Saturday 23 January.


The 2019 Hottest 100 drew in an impressive 3,211,596 votes, with more than 3.25 million people listening in as the list was revealed. 

January's Hottest 100 countdown saw US star Billie Eilish take out #1 with Bad Guy marking the first time a solo female act won.
