Behemoth post new video
Behemoth have posted an uncensored version of the video to their song “Alas, Lord Is Upon Me”. The track comes off the band’s latest album, Evangelion. Behemoth singer Nergal (Adam Darksi) had this to say about the new video: "First of all, we've overcome ourselves with this new video clip. Period. It's something we've wanted to do for a very long time. Pretty much no digital intervention, no blue boxes, no fake shit this time, but great filming, good acting, and a fuckin' awesome storyline. It's disturbing, crazy, and evil. We've had over 70 people working for us on this video so we can easily say it was the biggest production so far. I'm beyond excited! Wait and see…" Fans can view the video for “Alas, Lord Is Upon Me” here. In other news, the face paint-clad front man Nergal was recently rushed to hospital with a “serious illness”.

Saosin guitarist comments on dismissal of singer
Saosin guitarist Justin Shekoski has commented about the dismissal of the band's former singer Cove Reber, which was announced by the band back in July.Shekoski posted the following as a response to this video:"We kicked Cove out of the band because his stage performance and vocal performances were on a downward spiral. We didn't feel he could represent the music that we have recorded well on stage.We are not on a record label! Virgin (since that's the label we were on) didnt have anything to do with the firing, they dropped us before it all went down.We didn't kick him out because he has long hair or because he doesn't look like us haha, I have long hair as well.And the part about Cove being "clean"? This must be a joke.
