Joining them on this split 7" (limited to 500 - 100 clear, 150 red, 250 blue) will be Florida's Go Rydell, who are following up their highly-acclaimed debut LP "The Golden Age" on Black Numbers. Punch sign with Deathwish Inc.
We are proud to welcome San Francisco's Punch to the Deathwish Inc. affiliated family. Punch "Nothing Lasts E.P." will be released by a partnership of Deathwish, Discos Huelga, and 625 Thrash. A release date and Pre-ordering information will be coming soon. In June of 2011, Punch piled into their two beat up Honda Civics in San Francisco, CA and set off on a twenty six minute journey to East Palo Alto, CA. With a population of just over four thousand gang members, East Palo Alto may be a peculiar place for a punk band to go, but nestled in its urban isolation is acclaimed engineer Jack Shirley and his Atomic Garden Studios (formerly the ShitBox). There under Shirley's attentive ears, Punch poured their patchwork sound into their latest work, "Nothing Lasts E.P." The influences on "Nothing Lasts" are as varied as the 5 members' musical backgrounds, spending time in bands as diverse as Doppelganger, Loma Prieta, and Bullets In. As with their previous releases "Nothing Lasts" stradd...

Bill's famous punk rock studio operates within the grounds of his large pet food factory; processing gristle, fillers and connective tissue into extruded, rolled and pressed pet chunks. The process of living, recording and especially sleeping within such an environment was confronting for the 4 vegetarian members of Frenzal Rhomb, but the resulting music is so chumpy, you could carve it Smoko At The Pet Food Factory is set for release August 19 through Shock Lyrics to the first song Bird Attack are insultingly simple, and were aired at recent shows: "Magpie, seagull, ibis. Eyes drawn, ice cream, helmet". And the pet food themed indignity continues for 16 tracks, including one near the end about world famous bass player and alleged substance abuser Karl Alvarez. Nestled comfortably in-between are songs about cockroa...
