Stray From The Path have posted a new song from their forthcoming new album onto the Sumerian Records Youtube page. The song "Death Beds", which features guest vocals by The Ghost Inside front man Jonathan Vigil, is taken from the band's new album "Rising Sun", which will be released on August 30 through Sumerian Records.

Nick Oliveri, former member of Queens Of The Stone Age, The Dwarves and Kyuss, was arrested in his Los Angeles home earlier this week after police received a domestic violence call, which also noted that Oliveri's girlfriend was being held inside.

All Time Low have posted the new music video for their song "Forget About It". The song is taken from the band's latest album "Dirty Work", which is out now through Interscope Records.

San Diego, CA post-hardcore five-piece Secrets has signed with Velocity/Rise Records. The band's debut full-length was produced by Tom Denney (formerly of A Day To Remember) and is due out this fall. Velocity Records' Dave Shapiro says, "When I heard these songs, I knew San Diego had yet another band that would be at the forefront of their genre." Rise Records founder Craig Ericson is equally pumped on the signing, explaining, "Dave showed me the band and I immediately knew these guys were keepers." Having formed less than one year ago, Secrets have already made an impact as one of the most promising up and coming acts in the scene. Armed with irresistibly catchy choruses, soaring vocals, and mercilessly dynamic breakdowns, Secrets is preparing to tour heavily in support of the new release this fall. Cobra Skulls have announced that they will be releasing their new album "Agitations" on September 27 through Fat Wreck Chords.

Municipal Waste have announced that they are set to record a new album. The band will begin recording on July 22 at New Jersey's Trax East Recording Studio (Hatebreed, Burnt By The Sun). The album is expected to be released in early 2012 through the band's new label, Nuclear Blast Records.
