KILAT Tirai Niskala album launch

: KILAT bring the launch of their second full length album, Tirai Niskala, to Sydney's Marrickville Bowlo on October 22, joined by TBX and Burden Man. Released October 10 through W.V. Sorcerer Productions and Disdain Records, the eight-track album expands the Melbourne trio's collision of uncompromising black metal, atmosphere and aural alchemy. Tirai Niskala evokes a "veil of the unseen", exploring Niskala - the immaterial realm within Balinese and Javanese cosmology - through visceral sonic landscapes, hyper blast beats, tremolo-picked full-spectrum guitar sonics and dense vocals.

Recorded by Jason Fuller at Goatsound Studios, mixed by Xavier Irvine and mastered by James Plotkin, the record follows 2022 debut Rantai Penjinak and touring across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
