"We hope the Next Gen ticket will make accessing live music a little easier for the kids; we want to see you in the crowd this year," said Yours & Owls promoter Ben Tillman.

With less than a month until Yours & Owls Festival takes over two locations in Wollongong, event organisers have unveiled this year’s set times and announced a special batch of “Next Gen Tickets.”

To find the day-by-day breakdown – Saturday, 3 and Sunday, 4 October – at Wollongong Foreshore and City locations, swipe through Yours & Owls’ latest Instagram post below.

You can find out when headliners bbno$ and G Flip perform, plus fan favourites like Ball Park Music, DMA’S, Genesis Owusu, Hiatus Kaiyote, Tkay Maidza, The Drones, and many others hit the stage.

Today, Yours & Owls also unveiled its Next Gen Ticket, following recent revelations in The Pushs 2026 Young Australian Music Audiences Report.

The study identified ticket prices as one of the biggest barriers for young people to attend live music events, so for this year’s festival, the Next Gen Ticket will be available for Day One at Flagstaff Hill.

“Reading that the next generation of music fans are being cut out of experiencing that incredible feeling you can only get through live music because of money really hit home,” Yours & Owls promoter Ben Tillman said.

Tillman continued, “Yours and Owls is a 16-plus event because we want young people to be able to access that festival experience. We put a lot of thought and energy into programming the next generation of local artists, and if our stages are reflecting the future of music, our crowds should reflect the future of music fans.

“Young bands need young fans; it’s a mutual connection and ecosystem that we want to nurture. We hope the Next Gen ticket will make accessing live music a little easier for the kids; we want to see you in the crowd this year.”

Fans can now purchase a single-day Next Gen ticket for $79.90 plus booking fees, a Guardian ticket for $119.90 plus booking fees (maximum two kids per guardian), or a Family ticket for $349.90 plus booking fees (two adults and two kids).

Head to the Yours & Owls website for more details.

Discussing the initiative, The Push CEO Kate Duncan said, “It’s fantastic to see Yours & Owls understand the importance of making live music affordable for young Australians and introduce a practical solution to help.

“The Push has worked for 40 years to advocate for stronger pathways to connect young Australians with music. Young people told us that cost is the biggest barrier, and when they are priced out, they miss out on more than just a gig — they miss the opportunity to build community, improve mental health and develop a lifelong love of Australian music.

“Reducing the cost barrier — like Yours and Owls have done — means intentionally empowering our next generation of music fans, music consumers, industry professionals and artists who will fuel the long-term growth of Australia’s local music culture.”
