For the first time in their storied career, Bachman-Turner Overdrive are heading to Australia. The Canadian rockers announced their debut headline tour on our shores today, and it’s happening in early 2027.

Recognised for hits such as You Ain’t Seen Nothin’ Yet – a #1 single in over 20 countries – Takin’ Care of Business, Let It Ride, and Roll on Down the Highway, BTO consistently deliver the ultimate classic rock show for fans.

The tour begins at Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Wednesday, 3 February. It continues at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Friday, 5 February; Melbourne’s Palais Theatre on Sunday, 7 February; Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre on Tuesday, 9 February; and concludes at Perth’s Astor Theatre on Thursday, 11 February.

Pre-sale tickets will be available from Tuesday, 22 September, at 10 am local time, followed by the general sale on Friday, 25 September, at 10 am local time. Head to the Destroy All Lines website for more details.

After disbanding in 2005, founding member Randy Bachman revived Bachman-Turner Overdrive and took the band back on the road in 2023. They’ve since embarked on successful tours across Canada and the US in 2024 and 2025.

Now, BTO is embarking on a global headline run with the No Speed Limit Tour, following Bachman’s stint with former bandmate Burton Cummings as The Guess Who.

“BTO has truly become a family band again,” Bachman said. “My son, Tal Bachman on guitar, my daughter-in-law, KoKo Bachman on drums, and our friends Lance Lapointe on bass and Brent Knudsen on guitar.”

He continued, “We sound better than ever. We’re playing all the hits, as well as diving deep into the album cuts, and the response from fans has been incredible. The BTO sound is BACK!”
