Shortly after his debut at Edinburgh Fringe, Emo received the golden buzzer on Australia's Got Talent 2022 and went all the way to the finals.  His tour in Canada included a sold out run at the Toronto Fringe, where he earned the Patron's Pick. His show canvases his life story, where he delves into his experiences of culture clashes, recounting his journey of adapting from a refugee camp in East Africa to immigrating to Australia.
