British singer-songwriter Olivia Dean is returning to Australia and New Zealand in October, with some major updates shared today ahead of the tour.

Every arena date on her The Art of Loving tour of Australia and New Zealand is now sold out, and to meet the demand in New Zealand, the Man I Need hitmaker has announced a major upgrade to her Auckland show.

She’ll be moving from Spark Arena to the Te Wai Ōrea Western Springs Bowl, which has just reopened following a $2.5 million transformation to become the city’s premier outdoor destination for live music and community events.

Dean’s show on Saturday, 17 October marks its grand opening; a celebration of one of her biggest headline shows to date. Fans who have tickets for the Spark Arena show will have them reissued for the new venue via their Ticketek NZ account by Wednesday, 30 September.

New tickets will be available from Thursday, 20 August – register for pre-sale access here.

Along with the venue upgrade in New Zealand, Dean has revealed that special guest Kaiit will join her on each date of the Australian and New Zealand tour.

One of the most compelling acts in Australia, Kaiit effortlessly blends neo-soul with hip-hop, their music laced with intimacy, delicate vocals, raw storytelling, and a magnetic stage presence, earning her the praise of icons such as Erykah Badu and Jill Scott.

In 2019, Kaiit won the ARIA Award for Best R&B/Soul Work for Miss Shiney, and last year, won the APRA Award for Most Performed R&B/Soul Work for their independently released single Space. Along with those achievements, she’s opened for SZA, Snoh Aalegra and Chaka Khan.

Olivia Dean is touring in support of her blockbuster second album, The Art of Loving, which is out now via Universal. She’ll perform in arenas across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, with the newly upgraded Auckland show finishing off the tour. You can see the tour dates and venues below.

Dean returns to Australia after she topped the 2025 triple j Hottest 100 with Man I Need and follows a one-off performance, an Evening At The Fleet Steps in Sydney last year.
