Entrée: Roasted duck breast served with a crisp orange and fennel salad, drizzled with a sweet honey dressing.Main: A decadent roast duo of pork porchetta and tender turkey breast. Served alongside crispy duck fat potatoes, heirloom carrots, garden peas, rich red wine jus, and classic cranberry sauce.Dessert: Walnut-stuffed, maple-roasted apples topped with a dollop of rich vanilla mascarpone.
