Children's Policy: Children under 12 months of age are admitted for free provided they do not occupy a seat. Please refer to the venue's website FAQ page for more information on bringing young children & babies. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating can be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection.

There are two accessible car parking spaces in Lower Esplanade.
Access is via Jacka Boulevard through the St Kilda Triangle Car Park.

Guide Dogs:
Guide/support dogs are welcome at the Palais Theatre.

Hearing Loop:
The Palais theatre has a hearing loop available free of charge for patrons with auditory limitations.

Toilets:
Accessible toilets are located on Ground Level and Level 1, next to the venue elevator.
Ambulant toilet cubicles are in our main toilets.
