Band: Coach Bombay
Role: Manager
Hometown: Melbourne
Short description of your band and your music? Coach Bombay began as the bedroom-recording project of Melbourne producer Terry Mann. Only recently becoming an energetic live band of four, BIGSOUND has formed part of their debut national tour. Coach Bombay is best described by Faster Louder as “The Coach Bombay formula is simple: up-beat tempos, great lashings of synth candy, and hooks, hooks everywhere, all the time.”
What are you hoping to achieve from showcasing at BIGSOUND? Hoping to appeal to and spark the interest of the broader international industry - particularly publishers and sync companies in Europe and in Asia.
Why should people come and see you from amongst the many cool bands at BIGSOUND? Coach Bombay possess something uniquely positive and fun. They are quickly solidifying themselves as fine curators of smile inducing pop music - and there doesn't seem to be much of that at the moment!
