Kasabian ProfileBritish rockers Kasabian are returning to Australia in early 2027, today announcing a huge run of tour dates.
The alt-rock outfit last visited our shores in March 2025, which marked their first shows in the country in over a decade. Waiting that long between drinks for their upcoming tour wasn’t an option, it seems.
The tour begins at Brisbane’s QPAC as part of its On The Banks series on Wednesday, 24 February. From there, Kasabian head to New Zealand and perform at Christchurch’s Electric Avenue Festival on Friday, 26 February.
After that performance, Kasabian return to Australia, playing Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Tuesday, 2 March, Melbourne’s Palace Foreshore on Thursday, 4 March, and concluding at Perth HPC on Saturday, 6 March.
Pre-sale tickets will be available on Tuesday, 20 October, at 11 am local time – sign up for access here – followed by the general sale on Wednesday, 21 October, at 11 am local time. You can find tickets via the Destroy All Lines website.
Kasabian are touring in support of their latest album, Act III, which secured their eighth #1 album in the UK last month. While they share new music, the band will perform a career-spanning set, including fan favourites like Fire, Underdog, Shoot The Runner, You’re in Love with a Psycho, and Clubfoot.
Act III features the kind of songs fans know and love from Kasabian: the anthemic singalong choruses, the distorted basslines and raw energy, plus inspiration from hip-hop and ‘60s psychedelia.
Since their formation in 1997, Kasabian have become one of the biggest names in British alternative rock. With eight UK #1 albums, they’ve sold over 5.5 million albums worldwide, won numerous awards, and performed on major festival stages such as Glastonbury and Reading & Leeds Festival.
