She says Jetstar and Swiss Airlines are to blame for the cock-up
UPDATE:
Jetstar have contacted The Music with a statement, seemingly contradicting Sultana's claim that her gear was incorrectly tagged. A Jetstar spokesperson states, "Our system shows that the baggage was tagged correctly for the entire transit through to Berlin, but it missed the onwards connection from Singapore onto another airline."
They state they're working with "local teams in Singapore to get this baggage onto the next available flight".

Following an explosive set on the triple j Unearthed stage at BIGSOUND last week, multi-instrumentalist Tash Sultana has called out airlines Jetstar and Swiss International Airlines for losing an actual stack of her music equipment.
The Melburnian up-and-comer has taken to her Facebook to write, "So right now I'm going to call out both of the airlines seeing as we've had absolutely no help from either of you to help locate all of my equipment that had happened to go ''missing' during a connecting flight.
"This is absolutely unacceptable. This is urgent. We are on a world tour and have arrived after 32 hours on the other side of the world now missing thousands of dollars worth of equipment."
Sultana and her team were en route to Europe for a set of sold-out shows and promo in Germany, the UK and Netherlands after BIGSOUND.
In another post, she explains that Jetstar "incorrectly tagged all four pieces of my music equipment".
"One of your staff incorrectly tagged my equipment so it seems it's gone no further than Singapore on flight JQ007. All of my other stuff came through very damaged in Berlin.
"This is completely unacceptable. We have reported our missing luggage and tried to contact all of your offices with zero help/being put on hold/hung up on. We tried getting through for 14 hours. This is what you have lost. Please help now."
Speaking to The Music, management say that Sultana and her dad are in Berlin "waiting by the phone. It's 1.37am here and still we've heard nothing. We landed at 8am this morning".
"Everyone is just desperately trying to get this gear back. Her fans are all sharing on socials which has been incredible."
While Sultana has been waiting for reply from the airlines, a fan has also, somewhat bizarrely, sent her a photo of some of her gear "lying on the ground at Singapore airport".
The Music have reached out to Jetstar for comment.
And so it's true they're lying on the ground at Singapore airport! Someone just sent me this @JetstarAirways pic.twitter.com/z4IbkNsaIY
