Shannon Noll has postponed two dates on his 20th anniversary Australian tour after undergoing “an emergency procedure.”
Making the announcement on the morning of one of the shows (3 May) regarding that concert and the following one (4 May), Noll wrote on Facebook:
Hi guys, due to unforeseen circumstances I’m afraid I have to postpone this weekend’s shows at Thornbury Theatre and West Gippsland Arts Centre.
I’m so sorry to do this but I had to undergo an emergency procedure yesterday that now prevents me from travelling for the next few days.
Huge apologies again everyone but I look forward to seeing you all at the rescheduled shows soon!
Yesterday afternoon, Noll’s management team made a statement about the swiftly rescheduled tour dates to next month.
“Hi everyone. We wanted to let you know that the shows that were originally going to take place this weekend have been moved to Friday June 28 (Melbourne) and Saturday June 29 (Warragul),” Noll’s management team’s statement reads, revealing that the shows will go on in the same venues booked before.
Noll’s originally selected support acts, Dakota East and Perfect Harmony remain on the bill. Ticketholders would have received an email about the new dates, letting them know they could retain their original tickets to keep their seats for the new dates.

“Anyone who can no longer get to one of these shows can opt to get a refund,” Noll’s management team continued. “Nollsie also wanted us to tell you that he really appreciates all the kindness and words of support he has received today. He can’t wait to be back on stage in two weeks in Newcastle and Sydney. Regards, Team Nollsie at Haiku Entertainment.”
February marked the 20th anniversary of Noll’s debut album, That’s What I’m Talking About, which features his hit singles, What About Me (Moving Pictures cover), Drive and Learn To Fly. In addition to the 12 songs on the original tracklist, the 20th-anniversary edition of the album arrives with live recordings and two new songs. The new tracks include a fresh collaboration with What About Me songwriter Gary Frost and an anthemic duet with fellow Australian Idol finalist Cosima De Vito.
Shannon Noll’s That’s What I’m Talking About 20th-anniversary Australian tour continues in Newcastle, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Merredin, and Margaret River and wraps up in Toowoomba.
