Demand to see Lewis Capaldi on his forthcoming tour of Australia and New Zealand has been extraordinary, so much so that a new date has already been added to the itinerary (and we expect more).
Fans who had tickets to Capaldi’s cancelled 2023 Australian tour were able to access the Past Ticket Holders pre-sale from 11:00 a.m. today ahead of the Secret Sounds pre-sale opening tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. local time, and the general sale on Monday, 14 July, at 12:00 p.m. local time. All tickets can be accessed via the Secret Sounds website.
It was during the pre-sale for past ticket holders that demand climbed so much that Lewis Capaldi has already added a second show at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne on Saturday, 13 December. With the new tour date added, his itinerary is as follows:
Sunday, 30 November - Wolfbrook Arena, Christchurch
Tuesday, 2 December - Spark Arena, Auckland
Thursday, 4 December - Entertainment Centre, Brisbane
Saturday, 6 December - Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney
Friday, 12 December - Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne
Saturday, 13 December - Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne - NEW SHOW
Monday, 15 December - Entertainment Centre, Adelaide
Wednesday, 17 December - RAC Arena, Perth
As the Past Ticket Holders pre-sale remains open until Monday and there are two more opportunities to access tickets, we expect to update this article with additional dates soon, so stay tuned for more news.

Capaldi has returned to the spotlight after two years of near-silence, releasing the chart-dominating new single Survive and announcing his first dates Down Under since his 2019/2020 tour.
His return to the stage comes after a challenging period for the singer-songwriter.
In 2023, Capaldi performed at Glastonbury and was supported by the audience when he experienced vocal problems and struggles with his newly diagnosed Tourette’s syndrome, leaving him unable to finish the final song of his set, Someone You Loved. After that performance, Capaldi withdrew from the spotlight and sought help for dealing with Tourette’s syndrome.
Fast forward to June 2025, and Capaldi made a triumphant return to Glastonbury. He opened his seven-song set with Before You Go before sharing the live debut of his new song, Survive. Once again, he closed the set with Someone You Loved, but under very different circumstances.
“I couldn’t sing this song two years ago,” he told fans. “I might struggle to finish it today for different reasons. My name is Lewis Capaldi and I’m fucking back, baby.”
