His Australia and New Zealand tour begins at Wolfbrook Arena, Christchurch, on Sunday, 30 November, followed by dates at Auckland’s Spark Arena, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena, Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, and concluding at Perth’s RAC Arena on Wednesday, 17 December.

Capaldi’s return to the stage comes after a challenging period for the singer-songwriter. In 2023, he performed at Glastonbury and was supported by the audience when he experienced vocal problems and struggles with his newly diagnosed Tourette’s syndrome, leaving him unable to finish the final song of his set, Someone You Loved.
“I feel like I’ll be taking another wee break over the next couple of weeks,” Capaldi told the audience. “So, you probably won’t see much of me for the rest of the year, maybe even.”
He added, “But when I do come back and when I do see you, I hope you’re still up for watching us.”
Fast forward to June 2025, and Capaldi made a triumphant return to Glastonbury. He opened his seven-song set with Before You Go before sharing the live debut of his new song, Survive. Once again, he closed the set with Someone You Loved, but under very different circumstances.
“I couldn’t sing this song two years ago,” he told fans. “I might struggle to finish it today for different reasons. My name is Lewis Capaldi and I’m fucking back, baby.”
