A number of acts on the Falls Festival line-up will play shows over the next two nights following the cancellation of the Lorne dates this morning due to "extreme weather conditions".

US singer and headliner Halsey and UK artist YUNGBLUD, as well as Aussie duo Peking Duk will perform headline shows at The Forum, The Tote and The Espy respectively tonight, with all proceeds going towards the Country Fire Authority (CFA).

Fellow Aussies Holy Holy and RAThammock have also confirmed shows at The Leadbeater Hotel and The Gasometer tonight, while Lime Cordiale have announced a special NYE show at The Croxton.

Meanwhile, a string of local acts including WAAX, Teen Jesus & The Jean Teasers, Cry Club and Bakers Eddy will perform at Melbourne's Stay Gold on Monday night with half of the proceeds also going to the CFA.

Having only kicked off yesterday, the Lorne Falls Festival was scheduled to continue through to 31 December, however all dates have now been called off due to the conditions "in the Otways and surrounding region, creating a risk to health and safety due to potential fires, smoke, severe winds and tree hazard".
