Periphery Announce 2027 Australian Tour

Periphery return to Australia for the first time since appearing at the 2024 edition of Monolith Festival.

American progressive metal outfit Periphery will return to Australia in 2027, today announcing a huge, six-date headline tour.

Touring in support of their eighth album, A Pale White Dot – released in May of this year – Periphery will showcase their latest collection of down-tuned, progressive metal madness that’s home to collaborations with Lorna Shore’s Will Ramos and Beartooth’s Caleb Shomo.

The tour begins at Perth’s Astor Theatre on Monday, 8 March. It continues at Adelaide’s The Gov on Wednesday, 10 March, Melbourne’s Forum on Friday, 12 March, Sydney’s Metro Theatre on Saturday, 13 March, Canberra’s The Basement on Monday, 15 March, and concludes at Brisbane’s The Tivoli on Wednesday, 17 March.

For the tour, the US rockers will be accompanied by special guests Inertia. Hailing from Sydney, the rising heavy music act have propelled themselves to the global metal scene with their inspired take on modern metalcore.

Pre-sale tickets will be available on Tuesday, 8 September, at 9 am local time, followed by the general sale on Thursday, 10 September, at 9 am local time. You can find more ticketing information on the Destroy All Lines website.

Periphery last visited Australia in 2024, when they joined fellow prog heroes Coheed and Cambria and Leprous for Monolith Festival.
