There may have been plenty of teasing for the 25th anniversary of an album coming to streaming, but it’s still an exciting time for blink-182 fans.

Today – or tomorrow for their Northern Hemisphere listeners – the 25th anniversary edition of their seminal 2001 record, Take Off Your Pants And Jacket, lands on streaming. And the bonus tracks that frontman and bassist Mark Hoppus previously said would “never, ever” be released are coming.

Sharing a clip of Hoppus denying that Time To Break Up (and other bonus tracks) would “never be on Spotify,” the band confirmed that in celebrating the milestone anniversary of Take Off Your Pants And Jacket, six bonus – or “boner” – tracks are making their way to streaming.

Fans will finally get to hear Time To Break Up, Don’t Tell Me That It’s Over, What Went Wrong, and more without having to collect three different versions of the album on CD to hear two extra bonus tracks per copy.

At the time of publication, the 25th anniversary edition of the album isn’t on streaming yet, but we anticipate it’ll land after midnight in the US.

As previously reported by The Music, blink-182 have been gearing up for the 25th anniversary of Take Off Your Pants And Jacket all week.

The band started teasing by sharing an image of the album artwork on social media, with a link to sign up for more information. Upon clicking on the link, fans found a nostalgic image of the band members—guitarist Tom DeLonge, bassist Mark Hoppus, and drummer Travis Barker—from 25 years ago.

Then, blink-182 singlehandedly brought back MySpace by reviving their account. What’s our age again?

Posts include videos celebrating classic tracks like Stay Together For The Kids and The Rock Show, as well as links for new merchandise, Bonus Tracks – labelled “Do not open this one”, Exclusive Content, labelled “OPEN THIS ONE,” lyrics to songs from the album, and more. As for the “Do not click” option, fans are taken to a SoundCloud page featuring 30-second previews of three songs.

Take Off Your Pants and Jacket is home to three hit singles—The Rock Show, Stay Together for the Kids, and First Date. To promote the album, blink-182 embarked on a co-headline run with Green Day: the 47-date Pop Disaster Tour across the US and Canada. Before that tour, blink-182 presented the album to fans in Australia and New Zealand in April 2001.

In Australia, the album debuted at #2 on the ARIA Albums Chart before being certified Platinum.
