Beyoncé is hitting the road in support of her latest album, Cowboy Carter, but it doesn’t look like Australia will be included.
Yesterday, Beyoncé took home the coveted Grammy Awards for Album of the Year and Best Country Album for Cowboy Carter (in addition to Best Country Duo/Group Performance for II Most Wanted with Miley Cyrus). Beyoncé was nominated for eleven awards this year, making her the most nominated and most-awarded artist in Grammy history with a total of 99 nominations and 35 wins.
The Cowboy Carter tour will bring the album to life for the first time in a concert setting. It arrives after Beyoncé’s explosive Halftime performance during the NFL 2024 Christmas Gameday at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, which also aired on Netflix. The performance drew a US viewership of more than 27 million. Can we please have a concert film?
The Cowboy Carter tour dates were announced swiftly after the Grammy Awards ceremony had ended.
From April through July, the Single Ladies singer will perform throughout the US and Europe. She’s announced 22 dates that include four-night runs at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium, London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and East Rutherford’s MetLife Stadium, along with two-night stints in Chicago, Paris, Houston, Washington, and Atlanta.

At the time of writing, Australia isn’t included in Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter tour plans. However, it is only February, and the tour is only a few months long (by mega pop star standards), so we have our fingers crossed to finally see Queen Bey live – perhaps in 2026.
Last year, the Herald Sun reported that Pearl Jam and Green Day tours were “scheduled” to come Down Under (Pearl Jam did indeed tour Australia in November, and Green Day will arrive next month).
Meanwhile, tours from Beyoncé, Madonna, AC/DC, The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, and Kylie Minogue are reportedly hot commodities among Australian tour promoters. Kylie’s Australian tour begins this month, and her arena tour is almost totally sold out.
The source in the Herald Sun report said, “Superstar acts will keep coming here as long as there is demand, and right now, the appetite is very strong. People want to go out to see their favourites. They really value that.”
