Skyway release "Nauseating Suburbia" EP for free
Five kids and a brown van named Toadie is probably the best way to describe SKYWAY! This year has already seen them play 60 shows including, five national tours, one tour of Japan, as well as, two busted radiators, three tow trucks, countless beers, random roadside moshing, Keith, a cannabis cautioning, roadkill, a flat tire and a whole bunch of good times. Starting in 2008 playing hardcore shows in sheds and at friends party's to touring Australia and Japan with the likes of NO FUN AT ALL and FRENZAL RHOMB, and supporting respected acts such as STRIKE ANYWHERE, FIREWORKS, THE FLATLINERS, RUINER, HOUSE VS HURRICANE, BREAK EVEN and THE AMITY AFFLICTION the boys have not taken a backward step in cementing their position as a formidable force in the Pop Punk community.

The Ocean finishing new album
Progressive metal band The Ocean are currently in the process of mixing their upcoming album, Anthropocentric, at Studio Mecanique in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. The album will be mastered on August 25th by Svante Forsbäck in Helsinki. The band has stated that the album sounds heavier than their previous release, Heliocentric. "The sound is more dense and maybe a tad more raw, which suits the songs perfectly, "guitar player Jonathan Nido explains. Only 6 guest musicians are appearing on the album, all classical musicians, most of whom are guesting on the final track of the album. The track listing for Anthropocentric is as follows: 01. U2 announce Australian tour
Live Nation Global Touring and Michael Coppel have today confirmed that U2 will end the year with live dates in New Zealand and Australia. The U2 360° Tour will visit Auckland, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and the tour also includes U2's first Perth date since Popmart in 1998. “U2 has always been at their best when surrounded by their audience, and this extraordinary production makes that happen in stadiums, says U2’s manager Paul McGuinness “It was important to the band that we were able to bring the whole 360° production to Australia and New Zealand so fans could experience the latest of U2's legendary productions." The U2 360° Tour kicked off again in Turin, Italy this month and will visit 17 cities, including Moscow and Istanbul, before finishing at the Olympic Stadium in Rome on 8th October.
