Metal heavyweights, Veil Of Maya have released a new video off their latest full-length release, Id.  Titled 'Unbreakable', it is the official video clip for the second track of their most recent album released by Sumerian Records. Be sure to watch the video here.

Canadian heavy metal heroes Cauldron have entered Rogue Studios in the band's hometown of Toronto to begin recording their new album. Titled Burning Fortune, the follow-up to Cauldron's critically acclaimed 2009 debut album, Chained To The Nite, is due to be released on Earache Records in early 2011. Cauldron frontman Jason Decay comments prior to entering the studio: "We finished up pre-production yesterday at the shit factory and now we're all packed up and ready to load into the Rogue Studios this morning a few blocks away, where we'll begin work on 'Burning Fortune'! It's about time, and the nice thing is that we're actually rehearsed for this album, so we're pretty excited to get this thing recorded and out there. Toronto's Cancer Bats have released the brand new music video for their song "Scared To Death". "Scared To Death" is taken from the band's new album "Bears, Mayors, Scraps & Bones", which was released in April by Roadrunner Records.Cancer Bats front man Liam Cormier had this to say about the video:“We’re all super psyched how this new video turned out. Just one spooky night in the woods running around with crazy cameras strapped to us, being chased by hooded bat-wielding henchmen! Can’t go wrong with that!”

Hot Water Music have released their third live 7", recorded during the band's live performance at Chicago's Metro in 2008. The four songs "Giver", "A Flight And A Crash", "Swinger" and "Our Own Way" are featured on the new record.

New York hardcore veterans Madball have posted a new song onto their myspace page. The song "R.A.H.C" is taken from the band's new 7" "The Real American HC", which you can pre-order now from Reaper Records.The song will also appear on the band's forthcoming new album, "Empire", which will be released on December 10 by Good Fight Entertainment.The band's front man Freddy Cricien had this to say about the album's title:"We get this reference that we're kings of New York... There are plenty of awesome bands that have come out of the city... Agnostic Front were the godfathers of New York hardcore, Sick of it All... we were always known as more of the bad guys, but now people are calling us the kings. It's not a title we gave ourselves and it's not that we call ourselves that, but it's just a term of endearment and respect that people use and it plays into the name Empire."

New York pop duo Matt and Kim have announced that their forthcoming third studio album will be titled Sidewalks. The duo is eager for fans to hear the new material stating on their website: “We’ve been working on this album for most of 2010 and are so proud and excited and CAN’T WAIT for people to hear it!” On August 31, Matt and Kim will release the first single, “Cameras”, from Sidewalks, which is due to be released in November. Matt and Kim’s previous album was 2009’s, Grand.

Arizona rock legends, Jimmy Eat World have streamed a new track from their forthcoming album - Invented.  Titled 'Stop', the track is featured on their latest vinyl release, 'My Best Theory'.
