Montreal rock sensations, Arcade Fire have been on a serious spree in recent days.  In addition to be awarded album of the year for the Grammy Awards, the group were recently prized as winners of the International Band and International Album categories at the BRIT Awards.  And with no hesitation, the group have announced their plans to prepare a new album. "We're going to write for about a month, a month and a half and then we're going to play - we'll be back in Europe in the summer," as spoken by Win Butler (quote courtesy of XFM).  

Horseback will see the dual release of its Impale Golden Horn and Forbidden Planet albums packaged together as The Gorgon Tongue. This two-disc set will see its release on May 10th via Relapse Records. Impale Golden Horn, Jenks Miller's 2007 solo debut as Horseback, was previously released on CD via Burly Time/Holidays for Quince and is now out-of-print. Impale Golden Horn will be disc one of The Gorgon Tongue set with Forbidden Planet being disc two. Forbidden Planet is the most recent of Horseback recordings that was just released as a limited-to-100 cassette only release through Brave Mysteries.
