Belgian death metal veterans Aborted will begin recording its seventh full-length record to date from June onwards at the infamous Hansen Studios with producer Jacob Hansen (Invocator, Hatesphere, Volbeat).  The band will be tracking over 15 tracks of the most brutal and intense material they have written to date

Trapped Under Ice singer Justice Tripp has apologised over the assault of a fan in Essen, Germany while on tour as a part of the Rebellion Tour with Madball. The assaulted fan received a broken jaw and had to be fitted with two screws as part of the operation to fix his jaw. Justice issued this statement regarding the incident. "First off I'd like to say I'm sorry for not getting this done sooner. We've had very limited Internet access over here in Europe. There are a lot of things being said about the events in Essen a few days ago. Some are true some are not. I would first like to clarify that I didn't do what I did out of ANGER but what I thought was self defense. When I was knocked off the stage I hit my head, a lot of stuff after that is a blur.
