Former Valencia drummer Maxim Soria was killed in a tragic motorcycle accident yesterday in Pennsylvania. It has been reported that Soria lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into a guide rail, killing him instantly. Soria played drums in Valencia from 2003 up until 2009, and played on the band's first two albums "This Could Be A Possibility" and "We All Need A Reason to Believe". The following is from an article posted on phillyburbs.com about the accident: "A motorcycle accident in Warwick on Friday night claimed the life of Maxim Soria, a 2001 Central Bucks West graduate and former member of Philadelphia alternative rock band Valencia, said family members. Soria, 28, was killed at about 6:15 p.m. when he lost control of his motorcycle on York Road, between Valley and Sugarbottom roads, police said.
