Coheed and Cambria have announced the departure of drummer Chris Pennie as a result of 'creative differences'. This follows the band's decision to part ways with bassist Michael Todd after he was arrested for robbing a pharmacy.

The Pogues have been an indelible high watermark on the fickle tide of popular music for the last 30 years. Lead by the charismatic Shane MacGowan, The Pogues command an army of die-hard fans the world over, captivated by the power and conviction of one of the last true punk rock bands. For Australian members of said legion, the 23 year wait to see The Pogues on home shores will soon to be over, with the band - including Shane MacGowan, Jem Finer, Spider Stacy, James Fearnley, Darryl Hunt, Andrew Ranken, Philip Chevron, Terry Woods - announcing their first Australian tour since 1989. The Pogues, or Pogue Mahone (kiss my arse in Gaelic) as they were then known, came kicking and screaming into the world in 1982 when founding members Shane MacGowan, Peter 'Spider' Stacy, Jem Finer and James Fearnley united for a show in Kings Cross, London. Pop-rockers Paper Route have released a new song titled Better Life. The song is currently available via iTunes and Amazon.

Animals As Leaders are streaming a new song called "Sonarium". The track is taken from the band's upcoming album, Weightless, which is set to drop this November through Prosthetic Records. You can hear the track here. You can also find out more about the album here.

 For All I Am are the newest addition to the Equal Vision Records roster. The band's debut EP, Lone Wolf , is also now available through digital retailers. Recently fans of the band showed their enthusiasm and support by raising over $7000 in just 46 days for them through the Kickstarter platform, allowing the band to purchase a van and trailer to kick off their touring career. Ex-Handguns vocalist Taylor Eby has rejoined the band after a four month departure, announcing his decision via an official statement. Eby originally left the band due to personal reasons, citing a desire to settle down and attain some stability in his life, but his brief time away from the band has given him a change of heart. 

The Bride are a 5-piece hardcore band from Sydney, one of the most recent additions to the UNFD roster and definitely a band to look out for. With the buzz they have created surrounding their debut full length President Rd, they are definitely a band to keep your eye on. A few days before the album's "official" release, vocalist Kevin Schultz had a chat with Kill Your Stereo about the album, their upcoming tour with House Vs Hurricane, tour rituals and a whole bunch more.
