Once banned in Singapore for fronting a riot-starting punk band, Melbourne’s own Sanny Veloo has risen through loss, reinvention and sheer defiance to become one of Australia’s most electrifying new rock voices.

Veloo’s music carries a message of unity, compassion and love — a call for truth, peace, right action and non-violence in a time when Australia is fractured by division and hate. His debut album is more than a record; it is a rallying cry for a revolution of kindness, an alternative rock answer to Bob Marley’s vision of music as a force of healing.

After selling out headline shows in Melbourne and Singapore, tearing up the East Coast with his band, supporting Fall Out Boy and British India, and collaborating with Gotye and G Flip, Melbourne’s alt-rock phoenix now unleashes his long-awaited debut album, produced by ARIA Award-winner Michael Badger (Amyl & the Sniffers, King Gizzard).
