Just days after a festival-stealing set at this year’s Coachella, KATSEYE have announced their impending debut visit to Australia.
While it’s not a tour announcement, and that’s sure to disappoint fans, the band are nonetheless heading Down Under for the first time to host an exclusive fan Q&A on Wednesday, 6 May.
Fans will be in with a chance to attend the exclusive Q&A by pre-ordering KATSEYE’s forthcoming EP, WILD, and entering Universal Music Australia’s competition form. You can pre-order the EP here and fill out the form here. Successful applicants will win a spot at the unmissable event for Australian fans.
Featuring members Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj, Manon Bannerman, Megan Skiendiel, Sophia Laforteza, and Yoonchae Jeung, KATSEYE – with members from the Philippines, South Korea, Switzerland, and the United States – are recognised as a global girl group.
The six-piece was formed through the 2023 reality competition series Dream Academy, a collaboration between Hybe and Geffen Records. The Netflix docuseries, Popstar Academy: Katseye, also chronicled the group’s formation.

In June 2024, KATSEYE released their first single, Debut. That was followed by the breakthrough track, Touch, and their first EP, SIS (Soft is Strong).
Announced today, their third EP, WILD, will be released on Friday, 14 August. Today’s announcements follow KATSEYE’s unforgettable debut set at Coachella last week – they return for weekend two on Friday (17 April), and Australian fans can tune in on Saturday morning.
During their Coachella set, KATSEYE premiered their new single, PINKY UP – an edgy, high-energy track that’s packed with confidence and playfulness; just what their discography thus far has been building towards.
PINKY UP is just the first taste of new music from WILD, the follow-up to the group’s 2025 second EP, BEAUTIFUL CHAOS. That record debuted in the top five of the Billboard 200.
WILD arrives amidst a whirlwind two-year journey for KATSEYE, capturing the group’s feelings of self-discovery, growth, self-determination, and transformation. It’s a project that’s open, boundless, and completely unique to the band.
