‘Mango’ is the latest LP from Melbourne breakbeat producer and songwriter Phil Gionfriddo aka Jacky Winter. Since the release of ‘I One Thing That I Own’ 12” EP in 2019, Winter has focused solely on work in the recording studio - York St Recorders. Here he produced and/or engineered records for acts including Civic, Harvey Sutherland, GL, Whipper and label Music In Exile. All the while honing his craft to make a sideways sample heavy album of his own, ‘Mango’ is raw and funky with a vinyl release on Brooklyn NY imprint Altar Boy. The launch party at the Railway Hotel Ballroom will be Jacky Winter’s first Melbourne full-band live show for 5 years having thrown sold out parties in the Surf Coast town - Jan Juc in 2023-24.THIS SHOW IS STRICTLY 18+
