Wagner is a luminescent talent in the current milieu of Australian alt.rock and if you missed his show tonight, you should do yourself a favour and catch The Smith Street Band the next time they roll through town.

It’s clear that these guys have earned their headlining slot, but it would still be nice if Cat Decap got their act together and came back some time soon for their own shows.

Hopefully they won’t bow out before a proper goodbye tour. And if they do, people better show up.

If you can suspend all good sense, Rob Zombie has once again delivered a triumph.

There’s such a fantastic potential to put on a stand-up comedy show, but instead the D try to put on a rock show, and it fails to be as killer as it should be. Though even that can’t stop the diehard fans from having a great time.

Behind all of The Bronx’s hardcore stage antics and neck tattoos lurks the soul of an incredibly potent garage rock band.
