Much of that conviviality translates to their third LP, although a thrashed-up rendition of Hotel California is perhaps pushing their luck just a smidgen. Their stock-in-trade is traditional power metal that's oftentimes anthemic, yet sometimes cheesier than a mouse's dinner, even both at points. They compensate by attacking the likes of Crypt with admirable gusto, and affording the theatrical title track considerable scope. Further refinement's required, but devotees of everyone from Iron Maiden to The Darkness could find something to latch on to here.
