Sydney pop-rock outfit The Never Ever have released a new video clip for their track Breathe from their EP of the same name that was released earlier this year.

Filmed in an abandoned warehouse, the concept for the clip was spawned while on a recent Australian tour and was done in collaboration with EPIK Films (Simple Plan, New Empire).

Vocalist  Dylan Nash spoke to Kill Your Stereo about the film clip.

"Breathe is the darkest and most energetic song we've ever written [and] we wanted the tone of the video to match the more mature nature of the song.

We took a hands-on approach to every aspect of the video, from the initial concept - created in a traffic jam on the way home from a Melbourne show - to sourcing the location. We had a clear vision of what we wanted from the clip and we knew the people who'd be able to bring it all together.

We'd been wanting to work with Pete from EPIK films for a long time now and after meeting him on a recent tour and discussing the idea, we knew together, we could make this huge.

The clip, which features a young boy breaking into a warehouse and creating his own artistic masterpiece with UV lights and a variety of scrap objects, can be viewed below.
