Data has been gathered for more than 95 festivals spanning over 900 line-ups, 19,000 artists and 30 years of music

THAT FESTIVAL SITE, a website that is defined to be the definitive directory and source of information for Australian music festivals has launched.

Created by 21 year old Jack Malloch, the site was created to help festival lovers find information easily and efficiently about upcoming and past music festivals in one location.

Data has been gathered for more than 95 festivals spanning over 900 line-ups, 19,000 artists and 30 years of music, with information including ticket prices, set times, festival maps and key announcement dates. The website also shows past ticket prices so users can predict, or set expectations for how much future festivals with similar sized line ups might cost.

THAT FESTIVAL SITE also includes a Hall Of Fame, which analyses which artists have played most often at each festival, genre artist breakdowns of line ups and which artists have played which festival.

For example, Hilltop Hoods have taken out the top throne in the hall of fame, performing at 30 Big Day Out dates, 25 Groovin The Moo Dates, 15 Falls Festival dates and a whopping 8 Splendour In The Grass shows.

“I was driven to build this directory after struggling to find the information I wanted about festivals on one comprehensive site,” Malloch said.
