It ended pretty much how you'd expect
Passengers on the London Underground's Bakerloo line were treated to an impromptu drum'n'bass rave thrown by an MC named Harry Shotta this week before the mobile party was ultimately shut down by police.
As The Guardian reports, the rave took place over the two-and-a-half miles (about 4km) from Embankment to Paddington stations, replete with music, lights and Shotta himself spitting bars while passengers mostly got down in the spirit of things, or stood around staring on in bewilderment.
Upon the train's arrival at Paddington, British Transport Officers put the kibosh on the "light-hearted" cacophony, for what should be pretty obvious reasons.
They later released a statement explaining: "Whilst officers relish any opportunity to experience underground drum and bass, we'd kindly ask DJs to refrain from using the tube as a pop-up club."

"It may be the Easter holiday, but there is a time and a place and we'd ask everyone to consider other passengers using the network," they said.
The whole scene was the work of infamous prankster channel Trollstation, which has made a bit of a name for itself in recent years for staging practical jokes of varying tastefulness and success, including a similar gimmick involving a pop-up nightclub on the Tube back in 2014.
The prank's organiser, Lee "Disco Boy" Marshall, and his collaborators told the Associated Press that there was "a great atmosphere" among the on-board revelry.
"The police shut it down, but they were cool about it," he said.
It could have been worse: in March last year, the group's founder and cameraman, Danh "Digi Dan" Van Le, spent nine months in jail for a prank in which he filmed a teenage accomplice staging bomb hoaxes as well as another prank involving faux robberies.
Another of the group's projects, which involved a fake heist at the National Portrait Gallery, also landed other members of the group behind bars for about four months.
We've just removed a fully fledged rave from a Bakerloo Line tube! All light hearted and very co-operative. #Bakerloo running normally.
