National Folk Festival Adds US Artists To Line-Up

The line-up continues to expand

Another list of musicians for the upcoming National Folk Festival in Canberra have been announced, featuring a host of US artists including Kim Richey and The Whitetop Mountaineers.

Although The Whitetop Mountaineers haven’t released an album since 2012, the duo have been touring extensively across America and have made appearances around the world. They were just announced for the Brunswick Music Festival as well, while, American singer-songwriter Kim Richey already gained international fame as a result of two Grammy nods during her career.

The latest additions to the line-up also include blues duo Joe Filisko & Eric Noden as well as roots musicians Jesse Milnes & Emily Miller who are just a few names out of over 200 artists, including Aussies All Our Exes Live In Texas and British troubadours Chris While & Julie Matthews, set to play over the five-day festival.

At the moment, the second wave of early bird tickets are available, but get in quick because sales for these tickets close on 31 Jan. Check out theGuide, The Music App and the National Folk Festival page for more details.

NFF takes place at Exhibition Park, Canberra between 2-6 Apr.
