Transit post pre-orders and new track
For the past few years Transit have been at the brink of of perfectly blending the midwest emo they grew up on with the modern pop punk sound of their contemporaries. With their sophomore full length, that idea has become fully realized. "Keep This To Yourself" is 14 blasts of fast, emotive, technical pop-punk, cohesively strung together so well its hard to believe Transit hasn't been releasing music since the early part of the 2000's. From the frantic speed of opener "Dear Anyone" to the acoustic sing along of the last track "Love____" one thing is clear; Transit have fully surpassed all expectations of what five young kids from Massachusetts are capable of creating. "Keep This to Yourself" is a letter to anyone willing to listen, and when you do, the hopeful words and carefully coordinated music will stay with you for years to come.

Robbie Williams rejoins Take That
The original line-up of Take That is officially back for good after exiled singer Robbie Williams confirmed his return to the fold. A joint statement issued today (July 15) has confirmed that the five have reformed and recorded an album for release later this year. Williams departed the group in acrimonious circumstances in 1995 to launch a stuttering but ultimately successful solo career while his former bandmates faded into semi-obscurity. The roles became reversed in recent years, however, as the group reunited as a foursome and released their most successful album to date, 2005's Beautiful Wor...

Saosin depart with singer
Saosin have parted company with vocalist Cove Reber after five years and two albums together. Guitarist Beau Burchell broke the news: "After 5 years with Cove, we have decided to part ways. So it will be a new experience for us, not knowing what to expect in the vocal dept, who will replace him, or if we will even find a replacement this century." Burchell also revealed that the four remaining members have been working on new material: Well, a few days ago, Alex, Justin, Chris and I got back into the studio for our first group writing/jam session. We have all been writing things on our own, but it was cool to get into a room and play with loud *** amps all together again. I am very excited about this record, for a few different reasons. "I have been so busy producing and mixing bands lately, and i love it. Finally getting back in the swing of things, so it will be a miracle if i can rip myself away from other projects long enough to finish a Saosin record. "We have no label, ...
