Benson Boone ProfileBenson Boone has launched into his arena tour of Australia, starting his three-night stint at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Friday (6 November).
On the first night of his Wanted Man tour of Australia, Benson Boone performed the hits and did some backflips, but where he really won the audience over was when he granted the wish of a 13-year-old girl facing cancer.
“Ladies and gentlemen, I want to do something special tonight,” Boone said, per The Music’s Stephen Green. “I’ve had the opportunity of meeting a 13-year-old girl who is battling her second round of cancer. It’s her birthday today and her birthday wish was to come on stage and sing Beautiful Things.”
Rising from the upper platform, Kenzie Riddle took the microphone through choked-back tears and sang her heart out alongside her idol and ten thousand of her closest friends in the arena.
According to The Today Show, Kenzie’s battle with cancer began three years ago, leading her to social media to ask for the chance to meet the hero whose music has meant so much to her during her health battles.
The first night of the tour was a two-hour, full-blown pop-rock show, with Benson Boone embracing his inner performer to impress everyone in the arena. From Beautiful Things to In The Stars, Cry, GHOST TOWN, and more, here’s what he performed in Brisbane last night:

Boone’s breakout single, Beautiful Things, was released in 2024. It peaked at #2 in the US, but topped the charts in Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
