This year’s ARIA Awards just got even bigger, with the incredible roster of performers and guest presenters confirmed.

A month after announcing that British singer-songwriter Sienna Spiro would perform at the ARIAs – this year marks the awards’ 40th anniversary – plenty of Australian artists have been added to the performers’ line-up.

Some of this year’s most-nominated artists, Genesis Owusu, 2026 Australian Music Prize winner Ecca Vandal, and DMA’S, will take to the stage. The evening will also host exclusive performances from 3%, Scribe and Fred Leone, BOY SODA, and Spiderbait, who were inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame earlier this year.

Back in June, Spiderbait were inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame during a special ceremony held at Sydney’s Carriageworks as ARIA began celebrating its milestone 40th anniversary. The rockers were joined by Gurrumul, Jenny Morris, Kate Ceberano, The Living End, and Vika & Linda.

Meanwhile, earlier this year, it was announced that The Cheap Seats’ Tim McDonald and Melanie Bracewell would host the 2026 ARIA Awards, once again presented in partnership with Spotify.

They’ll be joined by numerous special guest presenters, including Tame Impala, Melanie C, Jimmy Barnes, The Veronicas, Baker Boy, Keli Holiday, Gretta Ray, Ladyhawke, The Temper Trap, Emma Donovan, Fanny Lumsden, Ben Lee, Mark Seymour, and others.

The 2026 ARIA Awards take place at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Wednesday, 18 November. The ceremony airs on Paramount+ from 5 pm AEDT. For free-to-air viewers, the awards play on 10 after Big Brother, while the live Red Carpet stream takes place on ARIA’s social channels from 1 pm AEDT.

“It’s no small feat to decide who will have the privilege of playing the 40th ARIA Awards,” said ARIA CEO Annabelle Herd. “A lot of people have put everything they have into making this incredible night a celebration of the human stories and artistry Australian music has delivered over four massive decades, while finding a way to thrill us with what’s still around the corner.”

She continued, “I’m proud to say this lineup achieves that in spades. Australian music is being heard all over the world. On Wednesday, 18 November, the whole country gets to celebrate it together. We can’t wait to see everyone at the Hordern!”

Spotify AU/NZ Managing Director, Mikaela Lancaster, added, “Forty years of the ARIA Awards is a milestone worth celebrating, and this year’s lineup reflects everything that makes Australian music special, from the icons who shaped our sound to the breakthrough artists defining what comes next.

“Spotify is proud to partner with ARIA on this landmark night and to help connect Australian artists with fans here at home and around the world.”
