After 13 years on the road, over 8 releases and countless hours in the studio, Thrice have announced that they will be taking an indefinite hiatus.

Dino Cazares, the guitarist of both Divine Heresy and Fear Factory, has confirmed via his Twitter account that a new Divine Heresy album will be released in 2012. The record will be the band's third and the follow up to 2009's

In news that will please many a screamo fan, recent Deathwish Records signees Loma Prieta have been added as co-headliners on selected dates of Raein's upcoming headline tour. The band will join Raein for a special New Year's Eve peformance at Brisbane's Sun Distortion Studios, and will accompany them for the remainder of the East Coast tour. 

New Jersey's The Banner have announced that they will be entering the studio in early 2012 to record a new EP entitled "Born To Ruin: The Way Is Shut". The band is set to record the effort at Satined Glass Studios in January as one of three
