Kylie MinogueKylie Minogue is making a return to the world of acting, reportedly starring alongside Quentin Tarantino in a newly-announced Jamie Adams film.
As reported by Variety, the film – titled Tangled Up In Blue after Bob Dylan’s song of the same name – also features acclaimed actors Jason Isaacs and Allison Williams, alongside the likes of dancer-turned-actress Sofia Boutella and Wu-Tang Clan mastermind RZA.
The film reportedly began filming over the weekend, with Minogue and Tarantino having been spotted at a restaurant in the Welsh town of Porthcawl.
Adams – who himself grew up and lives in Porthcawl – has gained a reputation in recent years for his prolific directorial output, having helmed a number of films named for famous songs, including the likes of 2019's Bittersweet Symphony (after The Verve's song) and 2021's Love Spreads (after The Stone Roses' song).
His most recently-released film, this month’s Only What We Carry, also saw Adams collaborating with Tarantino and Boutella, with the likes of Simon Pegg, and musical actresses Charlotte Gainsbourg and Lizzy McAlpine also joining the cast.

Minogue, meanwhile, began her career in the world of television, having appeared on the likes of The Sullivans and The Henderson Kids before her breakout appearance on Neighbours.
While her musical career has been her main focus in recent decades, she still appears in film and television from time to time, having performed in films such as Street Fighter, Bio-Dome, and Moulin Rouge! in the '90s and '00s, and the likes of Swinging Safari and San Andreas in the ‘10s.
Tangled Up In Blue is being produced by the New York-based Visor Entertainment, and is yet to receive a release date.
